Little Frog's BIG BOX Adventure: Demo
* Note - for the best experience, download the standalone version below. Web performance may depend on device/browser settings.
Elements in the game are subject to change in an eventual full game (assets, mechanics, puzzles, etc)
Little Frog is on a brand new adventure...

Little Frog's BIG BOX Adventure is a sokoban-inspired puzzle game. Play as the titular Little Frog to solve various puzzles by pushing boxes, pulling barrels, unlocking doors, and more!
Little Frog can use their froggy tongue to pull barrels, grab keys, or grapple across dangerous hazards. Solve puzzles with a froggy twist! Can you get to the bottom floor of the basement to find Little Frog's BIG BOX of games?
Little Frog, Little Story...

Little Frog has just moved into a new town and wants to unwind with some of his favourite games after a long day... but what's this? The real estate agent put his BIG BOX of games in the basement? The listing never advertised a basement...
Get a taste of the mystery to come in this bite-sized demo version. I hope to expand on this in a full-fledged game in the future.

What else could be in store?

After completing the demo, explore the town and speak with some of the villagers in this new town. You'll get a glimpse of the hub world for the game, a small town by the beach with many colourful characters. In the hub world you can move freely and aren't locked to the grid. Explore this area at your leisure!
New frog game, new frog music?

It's true! This game has music in it and you can buy it if you'd like to support me! I've put the demo soundtrack on my Bandcamp. The soundtrack was composed entirely using a Roland SoundCanvas - a classic sound set that is a joy to work with. Click Here to check it out, I hope you enjoy it!
Future Plans
In an eventual full game release, several things are planned including:
- A variety of themed "worlds" with several puzzle stages each.
- A short and silly story - uncover the mystery and meet quirky characters on your quest.
- An overworld hub town in place of a traditional "level select" - explore and converse with villagers as you progress through the game and story.
- Re-mappable controls / expanded options.
- More?
Thank you for stopping by to check out my game. I put a lot of love into making this demo over the last while. I hope you enjoy.
Take care, and keep hopping along :)

Super comfy, super cute, great gamefeel and tons of potential to expand in all sorts of directions. Great job! We're feelin' froggy and jammin' with the jams today!
Hi there! Just checked out your game—what a charming start to the little frog's story! Really loved the vibe.
Let's connect! I'm looking to meet fellow indie devs who might find my web tool useful (PolishSprite). It lets you create smooth animations from static sprites, no coding or animation skills required. Thought it might interest you.
By the way, I also built my tool with Godot. It's a fantastic engine, isn't it?
Just to give you a quick idea: you upload a static sprite (like a leaf or a torch), make a few copies, and a shader turns it all into a ready-made animation. If you'd ever like to try it out, just let me know!
Either way, best of luck with your project!
