Little Frog is all powered up for his next adventure!

Play as Little Frog all powered up in his shiny new mech suit!  Run, jump, shoot, and slash your way through the big city on your way to save the universe.

Frog Ranger: Omega Galactic Striker was made over two weeks during MechJam V.  I have a lot more ideas for this project if I decide to continue working on it, but for now I hope you enjoy this quick frog-themed mech romp!

Fun little game. Your music is spectacular as always. I think a higher difficulty option with more enemies & less health could be cool. This was made using Godot, so is there any possibility of MacOS & Linux builds, as well as controller support?

Thanks a bunch!

For the jam I really neglected a lot of basic features (like any kinda options menu) but I'd like to sort out proper control re-mapping/controller support for a full game if I continue working on this.

Quite a few features I'd actually like to include in a more full-fledged game, such as optional upgrades/loadouts, refined mechanics overall, and probably a lot more. Definitely could do Linux as I did that in the past. I'm unsure about Mac exports since I don't own any Mac devices, but would definitely want to look into that also.

Thanks again!

Nice! Very excited about the Linux build as a user myself. I’ve made a few Godot game, & I know that creating MacOS builds can be a bit funny sometimes. At least for me though, the web build was just fine.

You didn’t mention difficulty at all, but I’d consider either increasing the difficulty or adding a higher difficulty selection. That can add a lot of longevity to a game.
